Cardan OFFICIAL Artdoll Terms and Conditions
1- Limited Edition
Cardan Greenbriar is an OFFICIAL Art doll, Based on The Folk of the Air series by Holly Black Design ©Holly Black.
This Cardan OOAK Artdoll will be unique, the resin part copies are Limited and numbered from 1 to 10 and will never be reproduced again.
2- Description of the Cardan OOAK Artdoll:

Description
An OOAK (One of a Kind) Cardan Fan Art doll is a poseable ART DOLL.
Designed according to the Folk of the Air, Holly Black’s book saga and hand made in full by Leandra Blackvelvet, at Vasilisa’s Dolls.
Sculpt:
I sculpted the torso, head, hands, and boots feet (no fingers) in Polymer clay. I took the original, sculpted by me, original sculpt masters, and I sent them to a small professional Casting service here in Spain, to make the molds and castings in resin. The copies are limited and only made to order.
Body:
Cardan Art doll is partial BJD, His head and hands are ball jointed, but he has a fully poseable soft body. This kind of sculpture is fully poseable and can adopt a wide range of poses due to its inner armature made with a strong wire and wood sticks.
Soft Body is made in stuffed batting covered with fabric.
Dress and adornments:
The outfit with hand painted fabrics, hair style, eyes, everything it's absolutely handmade, as an OOAK (One of a kind) Art doll.
The clothes have hand painted details, sewn and glued and are not removable.
Hair and Eyes:
The hair is high quality Alpaca doll hair, glued to make a wig and stylized.
The eyes have digital custom design iris, the golden circle around the pupil is hand painted, to make handmade eyes covered with UV resin, and eyelashes.
Props:
Cardan Art doll comes with a tiara, a tiny wine glass and a golden fairy fruit.
3- Production Time
Cardan OOAK Artdoll production time will be 6 to 8 months of work, starting the date the Pre Order is closed. Working time is approximated, 12 months maximum. The Artists will create a Client List, the order of that list will be determined by the order of completed payments.
4- Signed confirmation
The Artist won't start the Cardan OOAK Artdoll until the Buyer sent a written and signed confirmation of this condition’s agreement.
5- Layaways and Payment Plans:
The Artist won't start working on the Cardan OOAK Artdoll until the 50% is paid.
The Cardan OOAK Artdoll won't be delivered until you (the Buyer) fulfill the payment of €2300 Euros in total, within 12 months (as maximum delay) since the Artist starts creating your Cardan OOAK Artdoll. In case the Buyer won't be able to fulfil the payments in time, the Artist will have the right to keep and sell the Cardan OOAK Artdoll as she desires.
6- Refunds, returns and exchanges:
6-1: The Artist doesn't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Every payment in advance is nonrefundable, even if you pay with PayPal or Etsy. See exceptions below.
To avoid damage, please follow these notes:
•This sculpture is fully poseable and can adopt a wide range of poses. To change the pose, only bend at the elbows and knees, NEVER from the edges like the fingers of the hands, wrists, or ankles.
•Keep your Artdoll away from the direct sunlight and UV rays (even in cloudy days are UV rays) to avoid yellowing and discoloration.
•Temperature and humidity:
Avoid extreme heat and extreme cold. Keep your Artdoll away from vents, air conditioner and heaters.
Do not keep your Artdoll in a room with a humidifier, or near the bath or shower, humidity may damage your doll.
Please do not let this Art doll get wet, as it is created from materials that could be damaged by contact with water!
•The Art doll can stand on its own, but please use a stand if you to prevent it from falling.
6-2: By signing these conditions contract you (the Buyer) are renouncing any chance of refund in full or part, even if you paid with PayPal.
6-3: Exceptions: The Buyer will be refund only in case the artist doesn't deliver the Cardan OOAK Artdoll within 12 months (as maximum deadline) from the date the Buyer fulfil the total Payment of €2300 euros.
7- Product Warranty, liability and bodily injury:
This Official Cardan OOAK Artdoll is an Art collectible, not a toy for children, based on The Folk of the Air series by Holly Black Design ©Holly Black. You hereby acknowledge that the author or owner of the intellectual property of those books (“Author”) will be in no way liable for any claim you may have or make in respect of Product defects, or our delivery of Products to you under these Terms.
You agree that if you have any complaints related to these Terms, you will never direct them to the Author. You agree that this is a contract between you and me, that the Author will incur no liability of any kind for any claim you may have in relation to the Products or these Terms. You understand and acknowledge both that the Author don't make any warranties as to any Products, and that the Author is intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms & Conditions.
I will use my best efforts for all the Art dolls to be recognizable as being based on the works of the Author. However, Vasilisa's Dolls makes no representation or warranty for the likeness or resemblance of any items or artwork in my Products to the characters or stories or themes of the works of the Author.
For fulfilled orders, I do not seek to restrict my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence. I do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by me for anything where it would be illegal to do so. Consumer laws in Spain mean that you have the right for Products delivered to you to be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms is intended to or will affect these rights.
I will not be responsible for:
· Losses or damage not directly caused by my breach of these Terms;
·Any Indirect losses which a consequence of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and me at the time of entering into these Terms, for example (but not limited to) loss of profits of opportunity, loss of business or loss of revenue;
·Failure to make the Website available or to meet any of my obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to events beyond my reasonable control;
·Where any damage or loss is a result of anyone under the age of 18 using our Products without adult supervision.
·Any Indirect losses which a consequence of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and me at the time of entering into these Terms, for example (but not limited to) loss of profits of opportunity, loss of business or loss of revenue;

·If you receive the Products via any commercial, business or re-sale third party channel, we will have no liability to you for any such third party’s provision of the Products/ Services to you which will be entirely governed by the agreement between you and the third party.
8- Shipping
The shipping cost will be paid by the Artist, will be sent as priority mail, with tracking number. The Artist won’t be responsible of any damage during the shipping or transportation from the Artist Workshop to the Buyer's address.
9- International Customs Taxes
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
